I am having new floorboards installed in my loungeroom, kitchen and hallway. To avoid a scotia being installed I am planning on having the skirting boards removed and new ones installed. This job would involve removing the skirting boards including from brick walls, sourcing new skirting boards and replacing the skirting boards with these new boards a week (or so) later after the floorboards are installed. I would then personally paint the new skirting boards with the same colour as the walls. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 1st Feb 2022
