I have about 70sqm of tiles that need to be removed. 30cm x 30cm with tile skirts. 3rd floor apartment in Millner. This is to be done for a new floor to go down on and will need to be level. Dates flexible, preferably days Wed, Thur, Fri (neighbour works nights Sat to Tue).

Installer needs to be experienced in doing this job. Carpet runner on stairs need to have underlay, use smooth edge/ staples to finely finish the job professionally. Customer to pay for smooth edge and underlay at cost separately.
