Looking for someone who can grind and polish existing concrete slab, expose some aggregate etc. The area is 35sqm and is ground floor of town house located in suburb of Perth. Not looking to pour concrete as it’s too expensive and the slab is quite good. I have removed the tiles and cleaned the area so ready to be grinder and polished. Thanks - Due date: Flexible

We have bedroom approx 4 x3 that is currently carpeted. There is concrete underneath. A peek under the carpet indicates he floor is flat but has paint splatters. We are happy to rip up the carpet but looking for someone to grind and seal the concrete surface (not polish). The room has a built in wardrobe. Kennards hire does loan out concrete sanders and sealant products. We don’t have a vehicle to transfer the machine to our house or the time to perform the job ourself. I don’t have a photo of the concrete surface as it is still covered with carpet. Job does not need to remove carpet (we can do this) Looking for quotes and availability please. Past cracks due to settling of 3 year old polished concrete floor in our living room to be removed and filled. About 4 longitudinal cracks and a could small ones. Then full floor which has a few dirt patches. Total room size approx 8 meters x 6 meters, with a bench top of 1 x 4 m and other fixed wall to wall cabinet in between. We are located very close to Perth CBD. The Cracks are not very wide 1 to 2 mm , just desire for a nice looking floor without spoiling the overall aesthetics, so keen to have someone who has done something like this before successfully. We've pulled up the carpet and underlay from our floor in our apartment, we're taking it back to the original concrete floor, and there's glue that needs to be removed from the floor. Its hardened, and we have all the products to remove it, we just both work full time and need someone to help. the area isnt all that big.
