I am seeking quotes from an experienced carpenter to stop floorboards creaking in the second bedroom of my apartment. We have floating bamboo floorboards on top of old, structural floorboards - and one particular patch emits a loud creak, no matter whether a rug is placed on top of it or not. Video of the creaking can be provided. The room is on our second level. We would please like an explanation of what work would be performed.

Re-do behind bar flooring. Not looking for a perfect job, just want it ripped up re-levelled and vinyl flooring laid and stuck down in a large rectangle piece. Job can only be done on Mondays.

Hi, I live in an apartment in Chippendale. There is a leak coming under the tiles from the bathroom to the living room carpet. The bathroom has been regrouted to no avail. The wet spot has become extremely mouldy and requires urgent attention. I would love for someone to come tomorrow (Wednesday 08/12/21) to fix it. Thanks!

Sanding and finishing floors of small 2 and half BR in Darlington. All rooms except the kitchen and laundry and bathroom (see plan) Also note replacement of 4 - 5 old boards is required and one riser on the stair case (see photos). Upstairs and staircase used to be carpet so nails etc need to be removed and floorboards filled and nailed down. Bottom floor has always been hardwood so slightly better condition.
