Lee didn’t complete the job. He tried to get out of some of the tasks. He was paid $100 per hour to the job and asked for $50 cash to do ‘extra’ work which was already part of the job prior to me accepting him. He was manipulative and difficult to deal with so I didn’t pursue him to come back and finish the job. He may be ok if the job wasn’t something he disliked. He bragged about making $80 per hour just to put bbq’s together, so be mindful.
