Repair/Restore iron carpet burn approx 15cm tall and 10cm wide

Burn hole in carpet needs repair. It’s about 10cm big. Low pile carpet. Will pay however much it costs. Will need to be done between 8 am and 2pm during the week pls - Due date: Needs to be done asap

I had a pot plant sitting on the carpet and the pot was leaking. I didn’t know this and when I went to move the pot after about 3 months of it sitting there, the carpet was rotted and black. Looking to get it patch repaired. I don’t have spare carpet but there are built in wardrobes that the carpet could possibly be removed from.

This is just a few extra things my realestate need done after the end of lease clean has been done. Only need steam cleaning in lounge room and on stairs. Only need the garage cleaned and all tiles in house mopped as well as a 3 things thrown in the rubbish. House is vacant, needs to be done ASAP. Please reply with when you’re available to do this. Urgent carpet repair. Moving out and need parts of the carpet patched up where our dog went crazy. Would ideally love you to arrange the carpet or help us where we can get it from. We are aware that it will be noticeable because of the contrast of old and new, but it’s better than ripped. Located in Gymea. The house is vacant currently and empty.
