I have approx 65 sqm of carpet and 70 sqm of laminate flooring to remove. The laminate is glued down. The apartment is on the 7th floor. There is lift and stairwell access. Parking at the rear of the building.

Small job. Carpet got wet & stained near a door way. I have off cuts that should be adequate to replace the stained area.

I’ve just had a new seat put in the rear of the van and need a handyman to cut, fit and probably screw in place to wooden floor. Also need a metal strip put along centre of roof as ceiling drooping down in parts Just need someone that’s practical and good with their hands
