I have a two storey house and there are some areas upstairs where the floor creaks a lot and would need some additional nails to stop the creaking. There are a number of places, but I estimate it is around 20sqm of area where it creaks in various locations. This would require lifting the carpet in certain places, fixing the issue, and then putting the carpet back in place. The stair case also creaks a bit and would need to be fixed, and access is possible underneath the wooden treads. - Due date: Flexible

Hi there, I am vacating a lowset 4 bedroom house in Burleigh Waters. - Looking for guaranteed bond clean. - Also need carpet cleaning and pest. (Pest is just since we have a cat!) - 4 carpeted bedrooms - 1 x ensuite, 1 x main bathroom. - Standard kitchen and living area - All areas other than bedrooms are tiled - We are just a couple in this house, so the second bathroom and spare bedrooms are barely used. - The oven is new. It requires cleaning but should not be a big job. Please note - you must be licensed to provide the carpet cleaning and pest control as our Real Estate require a receipt of service from a licensed company.
