Hi all, thanks for responses. Sorry clarifying and adding to the job scope of works. Backyard • Remove existing fence • Supply and install timber fence ○ Back fence approx 5.2m ○ Adjoining side fence approx 7m ○ Desired height 2.4 - 2.7m (will need to clarify once measured). 2.7m can be done using 2 X 150mm plinths to reach height with 2.4m pailings sitting on top. • Disposal of old fence and any offcuts/rubbish Notes: garden bed against side wall. Some trimming of branches / brush may be required to provide adequate room to install fence Front yard • Remove existing fence • Supply and install timber fence ○ Picket fence with two access gates ○ Front fence total approx 5.2m length • If possible would like the middle panel of pailings to be installed in a way that is easily detachable / removable when desired to allow for easier access for any future building works or furniture removal. • Disposal of old fence and any offcuts/rubbish Notes: metal fence butts up against neighbours rendered brick pilon on. Install two sheets but cutting them in half and screwing them by drilling in an iron gate. This sheet is usually used for roofing but we would be using it to install behind a gate as a privacy screen.

Straighten a leaning fence. The fence leans over in parts most of the approx 30m length due to wobbly posts (50mm x 100mm). I have two gates to be installed on the side of my house, they are each "GATE PICKET PERMAPINE++900X1800MM OPEN ROUND TOP" from Bunnings (https://www.bunnings.com.au/wilmaplex-900-x-1800mm-picket-treated-pine-open-round-top-gate_p0121107). I'd like one on each side of the house, installed between the house and the fence. The installer will need to measure and bolt or screw a length of timber to the wall of the house to secure the gate to it. We'll need to discuss the handle or latch to fix to the gate, ideally a child-proof one that can potentially be locked with a key as well.
