Current gate scrapes along ground and fails to close.

Looking at 1.2m or 1.8m ( or whatever suggested fence heights are) Fence would be roughly 11m. Simple arbor plus single gate Electric gate for vehicle entry. Not critical can be manual gate. Hi, we live in Zillmere and require 2 new colourbond fences installed. We live on a corner and the fence line has been cleared of any trees so nothing to remove just build the 37m fence. The other is a 10-meter fence between us and our neighbour, it needs the original 1m high chain wire fencing removing and then a new colourbond fence installed. All easy access happy to offside as well if any help is needed.

I have a few little odd jobs that need fixing up prior is repainting our house - patching of cement posts where there are some bits that have come off the sides - capping of a cement post that is all crumbly. Hoping to have the metal bits and crumbly bits removed and then level it out Please help a 36w pregnant lady out! Sorry if I’m not being very descriptive. I have added photos!
