In my wooden picket fence, the vertical plank of wood on the gate closest to the latch has a crack in it, and it makes it difficult to close the gate (you still can, but it often takes a few tries). I am hoping someone can either glue the plank of wood back together for me, or replace it with one painted to match. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 17 August 2022

Front picket fence needs repairing. There are 2 gates which are both not closing correctly, one is dragging across the ground. One of the main posts is loose and is leaning inwards (this post is shared with the neighbour). This is the cause of the gate that is dragging I think. The other gate is also not closing, it's hitting the post. Also the plinth seems to be bowing out a little bit across the length of the fence at the bottom. Pickets are in reasonable condition. At least one of the posts looks fairly rotted near the ground. Happy to go for what repairs are possible and new parts where required. Looking to get it done as soon as possible. front fence has given way, needing a quote

Have some cement board at back of garden that is attached to an old fence. need someone to: - patch up the cement board and add new cement board to cover gaps - ~1.8m high x 6m wide wall area - one part of the fence is wobbly/loose - could do with some TLC to reattach properly Needs to be done at some point on Saturday. A friend and I were doing some practice driving, and to our dismay, the Learner driver had a little bit of a mix up on the pedals, rather than stopping when I said, she accidentally accelerated and damaged the Driveways gate, the damage is not overly bad, but it will require some reshaping and perhaps the replacement of one main piece, aside from that, it’s not all that bad and is ready ASAP for the work to be done. Unsure of the cost of said repairs will be, so I will also require a quote for the price of these repairs, as if it reaches levels to high for me, I will have to seek an alternate path to achieve my goal of completing the repairs to this gate before the end of the week!

House Location: Richmond, Vic 1. Repair Timber Fence, some new rails and pailings nailed back to rails. Fence is 17m long by 1.5m high. There are about 8 rails that need replacement 2. Install new (or improve existing) gate, which is next to Fence to upgrade security. Also improve the fence next to this gate, to make it more difficult to step on the rails and hop over the gate.
