I'm looking to get a A few fence pailings repaired that have come loose after a large tree branch fell on them. It's only minor work required on the outside of of the fence. The fence is about 9 feet high. I tried pulling fence pailing forward from my side of backyard however it does not budge, so may require extra support from the outside. I'm not expecting the pailings to be replaced, and am happy if just some support is added that goes across them to keep them in place and prevent from getting worse. Not an urgent repair so I'm flexible on date/time. Can also be done at a time that suits you as the repair work would be needed outside of my property which there is free access to.

4 Non Compliances Found 1.     Steel gate on RHS of house does not close from at rest position. It has an adjustable spring which needs more tension on it. 2.     The glass gate does not close from at rest position or up to 10-12cm open. The 2 strips on the gate and adjacent panel are binding and need adjustment. 3.     The gap under the glass gate exceeds the maximum allowed 100mm. The adjacent glass fence has a metal strip on the lower edge. This is missing from the gate. The bamboo panels damaged by wind. Height is 2.4 meters, wide approximately 3 meters. I got insurance covered, so I need a proper quotation and invoice. Please remove old timber and bamboo panels, and install with new one. Thanks.

We require the following: 1. Repair of all damage to a wooden fence for a residential house adjoining a lane-way (see Photo 1). The damage was caused by a delivery truck. 2. Particular details to note: a) At least one large vertical post has been broken (see Photo 2). b) The concrete foundation for the broken vertical post is also broken (see Photo 3). c) At least two on the horizontal posts for the fence section have also been broken (see Photo 4). d) The part of the fence damaged by the delivery truck is just over one "section" of the fence (see Photo 5). e) Each of the vertical fence 'slats' which have been broken in the damaged part of the fence will need to be replaced (see Photos 6, 7, 9 & 10 for more detail). f) Also, the entire fence is relatively long (see Photo 8) and gets damaged fairly regularly. Previously, we had a guy who fixed our fence - but he now no longer does fencing... if we can find a good replacement, we would like to use the same person for any future repairs... g) Please provide an all inclusive quote (e.g. all taxes, 'services charges', materials costs etc...). Also, any details of how you would fix the damage/ and or a break down of the costs will be helpful (especially if your quote is higher than others, but is actually going to properly fix the fence!) NOTE: in respect of budget we really just put in a random number... just tell us how much it will actually cost to get it properly fixed
