We have a front gate that needs replacing. We're looking for the same sort of wooden privacy fence to be built or replaced. There's a top latch and a lock half way up, but we'd be looking to replace with a 2-way lock latch at hand height. Dimensions 940x1800 (ish). Some more details: We're looking for self closing hinges instead of existing ones. Existing hinges look to be welded on to metal posts, please let us know what the options would be to replace these . Metal post look to have a little rusting but seem solid and we'd intend to keep them, fixing the gate to them as per the existing. We'd also like the privacy plank at the side of the gate replaced.
