I can work in with you to keep costs contained. ive have put a total estimate on the job, so let me know what you think it costs. preference is that you are a registered builder as council will need to inspect and verify the work you do at different stages. all work must be in line with the attached permit and council requirements. prefer crushed rock with lilydale topping if that complies to the permit.
