I do not need any new post or concrete, because they had been just installed by last fence guy which failed and delayed to complete the job for about two months and bailed out the job. Left job undone. The fence is sort of noise barrier wall (paling overlap timbers). The paling currently is at 2.7m in height with 14.5m in length I got 103 pcs of 3m hardwood palings left at my backyard from last fence guy. So I will only required remaining paling and railings to complete the job. The existing fences fence is still not yet removed. I will need all removed and replaced new. Hi, I want to attach something wooden across the gap between the top of the retaining wall and the back fence. Would be good if stable enough to walk on and stop toddler falling in.
