Front fence needs to have 45 cm tall brick base, but could be less based on the costs. After 45 cm, it needs to have blades as can be seen here: https://craftsmanfencing.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/IMG_1021.jpg I would like to get costs on "per meter" basis as the dimensions provided here are not exact.
