Looking for a Kitcken hand to help reheat a large amount of canapés food for my wedding ( private property) ( experience working in kitchens as a cook or kitchen hand is a bonus but not essential) We will have the food already cooked and ready for you to reheat in a large pizza oven then moved to hot boxes ( there will be a second large oven inside house ) This will be roughly a 8hr shift max , depending on how much time you need to heat food Event starting at 5pm Canapé from 5pm -7pm Food truck from 6pm You will start a 1-2pm and will have another person there helping till 4pm ( they will need to assist all the staff starting at 4pm ) There will be two tables set up with charcuterie displayed and we will place food on these tables as well as have stuff serve it Items you will need to reheat - meatball ( placed in hot box ) - Chicken nibble ( placed in hot box ) - Sausages roll ( heated and served ) - Quiches ( heated and served ) Please contact me if you have any questions
