We need a event helper helping to setup event site, manage registration and direct people around

We are hiring a venue for our son’s first birthday party. The venue needs to be left clean and tidy after the party. This involves wiping and putting away the tables, wiping the kitchen, putting dishes in the commercial (40 sec cycle) dishwasher and putting the dishes away on the shelves provided. The floors will need a quick sweep and mop. All of this will be very superficial cleaning since the venue will be clean when we collect the key. The cleaning shop wil start at 6pm.

We are setting up 6 hotdesking stations in Richmond. 12 screens, 6 keyboards, 6 headphones and some other small devices. Move items from our van to 3rd floor (up elevator), unpack and basic set up (nothing technical). Neatly repack rubbish and put back in van or onsite bin. Approx. 3 hours work.

We do not require a cleaning company , only experienced individuals can apply,,,General cleaning, mopping , etc Expect a person with high standards as the venue is closed and this is for maintaining it in an excellent condition. When telling. Please advise your age, nationality, experience. Thanks

Looking for a fit and friendly person to come onsite and help us with our event setup. Will include setting up signage, some frames, moving stock around and packing bags. Is slightly physical so must be physically able - hours can vary slightly but starting at 1 or 2pm and going for 4 hours. Can add other days in the week if of interest as well!

Booth setup at the Melbourne exhibition centre between 2 pm to 5 pm 2 hours job. Will attach pics how the booth will look like. Paste wallpapers to the wall.
