In the next three month, Visionary Investment Group (VIG) will hold many events in our company, including company anniversary and investor conference. We need an excellent freelancer or event planner with relevant experience to assist our marketing team during the next three month. We expect the event planner to: - Have experience in event planning (e.g. anniversary) - Currently have contacts of various catering, dinner, audio suppliers, venues. - Work with our marketing team on-site in our office for 3 months - can start immediately The ceremony will celebrate the 6th anniversary along with key stakeholders of VIG. The investor conference session will provide opportunities for SR Capital to raise funds via introducing new funds products, while attracting new investors and maintain relationships with current investors. The multi-days event will: • Celebrate the 6-year anniversary and milestones; • Maintain relationship with key stakeholders (i.e. partners, buyers and owners); • Raise funds and attract new investors; • Inspect projects onsite. The event planner will mainly assist with the performance program at the ceremony.
