I'm looking to hire an event manager for our Yacht Party that we're holding on the Gold Coast. We need someone who has event management experience and is available to organise ticket holders for the yacht party we have planned of 140 people. Tasks you'll be doing are: - Onboarding passengers (making sure only ticketed passengers board) - Working with the yacht charter company during the charter to make sure everything is running smoothly - Working with security on the yacht to make sure everything is running smoothly - Dealing with any issues as they come up during the trip with staff/captain/attendees etc. - Making sure everyone off-boards and gets on busses to the afterparty as planned - Handling any admin at the end of the event with staff We're looking for someone who has had some sort of event experience before and can handle people during an event. The 2 hosts will be onboard and pre-occupied during the event. We'll be there if any big decisions need to be made but just general event management should be handled by you. We'll need you from 6.15pm until 10.30pm. Passengers arrive 6.30pm and we leave 7pm and return 10pm on the yacht.

We are setting up a stand for Sanctuary Cove Boatshow and want someone to help us with a 'BEACH CLUB theme. We are a new type of canoe coming to Australia.. You are experienced in events, a creative eye and will be able to source all the items we require to create a showstopping stand with a cool beach club vibe.. We need to lock everything in by this Thursday. This task is just for your expertise.

We are getting married Dec 5 and need someone to organise the set up. Everything has been paid for and will arrive, just need someone to help and delicate.

Need someone to manage the wedding and reception at my house on the day. Would include managing a couple of wait staff, ensuring fridges restocked, furniture moved after ceremony, candles are lit, cake is ready for cutting, checking on cleanliness of toilets, picking up glasses, basic cleaning up etc. Wedding is on New Years Eve this year but app won’t let me enter the date that far in advance.

Need an experienced event coordinator to assist on the night of an event we are holding on the 28th of Feb. The event itself will likely go from 6-9pm. (registration from 6pm with a 6.30pm start) The event is a property information seminar that will likely be held somewhere South of Brisbane and North of the Goldcoast. We would require this event person/s to look after the set-up of the event on the day based on our instructions and your experience e.g audiovisual, goodie bags, chair/promo table set-up etc. You would also look after the registration of guests when they arrive using our ticketing system. I'd estimate you would want/need around 2-3hrs prior to the event to get everything set-up and ready, but happy to talk about this further.
