    I am organising a big event for a retail client this coming Wednesday (26 October) in the Sydney CBD and am looking for some event staff to assist us with set up of the venue. It's an early start so need staff who can arrive at 5.30am and depart at 11.30am. It is a Christmas themed event so we will need assistance with things like decorating Christmas trees, setting up tables, packing gift bags and unpacking boxes. Nice, simple and fun work for anyone who knows their way around an event!!

We need talented BDE or event manager with previous similar experiences to detail and organise the event, allocate the resources including personnel and equipment, as well as identify the area to constantly improve. It needs to be designed as regular event fortnightly, repeating easily and eventually non-smoking ambassador can handle themselves. I need you to provide ideas on the following, an email including the initial ideas to start with and communication via phone call to exchange ideas and final agenda to conclude. We locate in CBD Sydney, in between Wynyard and Circular Quye. We give power to our ambassador to give away NY revolution voucher to double their promotion power.
