Duration 5 hours We are hosting a Plumbing Trade Show with roughly 40 exhibitors and 1000 attendees. We need a photographer to capture interactions between exhibitors, team, and attendees. Preferably also a videographer who can capture short format videos and create a promo video of the overall event for the following year's advertising and to recap after the event on socials. From 3-7pm is the expo from 7-10pm is the dinner event It will be dark lighting with entertainment, aim is to capture people having a good time with each other and laughing at the entertainment.

We require an AV technician to assist with a corporate presentation at the Western Sydney University, Parramatta South Campus on 31 January 2024. The university does not provide on the IT and AV support, so I would like someone to be onsite to trouble shoot any issues and set up the AV. It would require one pre-conference meeting with the University of Western Sydney's IT department at the Auditorium on Monday 29th January in the afternoon for an hour. More modern the furnishing the better. Should be able to accommodate at least three people in a cabin or the reception area. Please post pictures from all angles.
