Find an experienced coffee caterer in NSW

My daughter works in a cafe, mainly serving and cleaning but on odd occasion has to use their coffee machine to make a coffee. The staff there are always too busy to show her how to make properly and she also feels pressured and rushed as customer is waiting. Im just after a barista or coffee shop owner who could give her a helping hand learning the basics of using a coffee machine and making different types of coffees. Just to give her more confidence at work. The only courses i can find are full blown barista courses for someone leaving school and wanting to become a barista. Thanks in advance.

Wednesday 6/03: 8:45am - 5pm, 30 min break for lunch. Thursday 7/03: 8:45am - 3pm, 30 min break for lunch Total 12.5 hours of work.
