We are hosting an event on 18 May .Require someone as kitchen hand as well as to help set up buffet and keep topping up the food stations when they run-out

Help is required to do some: basic cooking heat frozen food (make sure it doesn't burn in the oven:) and present pre-prepared food on platters and serve to a buffet table. Fully equipped commercial kitchen is located adjacent to the dining area. 1-2 hours (6:30 to 8:30 pm) Cooking and catering experience preferred.

Hi! I'm inviting friends for a birthday party at home. I'm looking for someone who is able to organise and deliver a low-key buffet-style dinner for us around 7-8pm on Saturday the 28th of May. Delivery to my house in central Fitzroy, VIC. You don't need to stay around to serve or clean up, I'm happy to take care of that. Just arrange the food and deliver it at around 7:30-8pm ish. I have enough plates, cutlery, etc., just need the food. We'll be 17 adults. All vegetarian, with probably at most 3 vegan. Ideally I was looking to arrange Indian-style food (spicier is better!), for example, 4 different curries, enough rice and naan or roti for the group, and some finger food like samosas or pakoras with atjar and so on.
