Find a local electronics repairer in Sydney

I have a minor roof leak which occurred during the heavy Sydney rain two weeks ago. A crack has formed in my ceiling and water was entering through it. It is only a small part of the (easily accessible) roof, near some skylights and possibly just some gaps need to be sealed in the problem area. A gap has been patched up with silicone before and I think a new layer needs to be applied. If there are other gaps along the wall or flashing that need to be sealed, or a different recommended solution from an experienced roofer or carpenter I'm open to it.

Replacing 3 sections of Kitchen Benchtop. One is a freestanding 2 door cabinet. The other two are ether side of Kitchen sink.

I'm seeking assistance to repair my Beats headphones, as one of the arms is broken. When I wear them, the affected side doesn't sit flush on my ear.

Need help doing silly kinda unnecessary lil diy pest control tricks to block off the shared space between me, and the rats, mice, wasp, bees, flying cockroaches, SYDNEY funnel web RIP abominations. Need you to stuff steel wool in every crevice in the floorboards, wall, any entry opportunities, underneath my garage where I literally fought a rat trying to get in… which means they already in. And top it off with the plethora of gap fillers from my manic Bunnings trip. ALSO some help with other tidbits like spraying my diy pest spray around the perimeter of my small terrace city studio unit. Any tips for my balcony plant sitch to deter bees n wasps. Sweep the balcony or help take down three pieces of laundry I’ve abandoned outside ever since bee flew inside so I left it to the forces of all weather since. And mb scrub my garage floor n metal stairs I don’t have time for bc got the rest of the mess of flipping my place upside down over my own jumpy shadow to clean up. Very silly job. No laughing at me.
