Remove 4 palm tree stumps from front yard. Need them to be flush with ground so as can plant garden around and grow over them. One big one has been partially stump ground already. Tricky access so you will need some sort of small stump grinder to get them.

Recently I paid for tree removal but the stumps a sprouting and growing back. I need these killed off for good.

Replace 2 timber steps 2.8 x .5 in hardwood and re nail some deck timber

Require a good plasterer & painter for small ( picture frame) holes in the plaster walls, around the house and paint touch-up. There is one door that needs to have the sticky tape taken off and touched up. Plus another wall that had rope lights attached - now left with sticky tape marks. Grind 4x tree stumps which are currently cut off at ground level and previously poisoned in a raised garden bed in the backyard. A small grinder less than 700mm wide or alpine magnum grinder is required to fit through front door of open plan house because access to backyard is tight down the side of the house and it’s probably better carried through the front door.
