After a major drain blockage in the kitchen which has just been solved, the drain pump just keeps going unless I cut off tye power. After clearing the drain blockage the water went off but the pump still keeps going. I need a painter that can fix minor paint chips and damage on my apartment walls and ceilings. The damage was done by a friend using sellotape on the walls and ceilings, as well as previous tenants nailing pictures on walls. You will need to match 2 types of paint (wall and ceiling). You will need to bring a step ladder to reach the ceilings and wall paint chips. Here are the following issues by room: 1. Study area: 2 x minor wall scuffs, 1 x nail damage 2. Entry/Kitchen area: 12 x small ceiling scuffs 3.
