Tap handle keeps coming off and unsure how to fix - need the correct part and have tried unsuccessfully to find it

I have an issue with my tap. Even when off water keeps coming out, I’m pretty sure I need a replacement washer for it

We bought a bike shed which needs to be put together at home. After multiple hours, we still have a few steps to go. I'm looking for someone to finish it off. I imagine it's less than 2 hours

I need new bathroom taps and fawcett to be installed coming out of the tiles on the wall not up through the basin in my ground floor unit. And new basin installed and sealed to countertop. Shower tap is needing force to turn on and off. Knob is sheared and turning around and around eventually catches. Have purchased replacement tap set. Mondella chrome ceramic disc wall top assembly. Same as being replaced. Don’t have tools to do it myself.

I have 12 tassy oak table tops 450x 400 that need to be sanded back and coated with 3 coats of matt polyurethane finish. I will provide the paint.
