Magic mini 3 drone repair

Hey Guys! Need a couple bits fixed: Pulley Cord - snapped needs to be reattached, step ladder needed. Bedroom Wardrobe- sliding door seal lifting off. Not sure what tools you need. Toilet seat - has shifted overtime to one side (kind of hard to move on my own, silly as it sounds). Someone that’s fixed pulley cords would be recommended, I know it’s not rocket science. Hi, Our shop front pvc strips are exposed outside but it was meant to be in the door frame. I've ordered wrong size and temporarily mounted along the wall. If someone can chop this one up 10cm and take one strip off from current one then, install in the door frame as the image? I think door frame is aluminum. Thanks!
