Had section of a shelf above my fridge sawn out to fit it in. Needs to be replaced / repaired. Also have minor dints on walls from picture hangings to be made good on tenancy property before moving out.

I need root bound tree stumps to be removed from 7 sandstone pots. Pots are square 610W x 530H and weigh 80kg. I have completed 1 so it is possible if sides are loosend and pot is placed on side and eased out.

Repair floor tiles and taps

Builder has renovated downstairs toilet and vanity and fallen ill, leaving the work unfinished. Painting currently in progress, what we need is the new tiles to be caulked on top and the toilet to be caulked in. Note, tile grout already completed. Example of the tile top images provided. The hot water tap in the shower keeps rotating, and hot water is gushing out of the shower head. We have turned off the water mains for the night, so require a plumber first thing tomorow morning (Fri 19th April). Only fully licensed and insured plumbers please. 1. Hang two pictures to add to photo wall and make sure distance is precise 2. Re fit towel rail that fell down. The screw is very short so you might have to pack out the hole or use a longer screw to get it to hold. Ideally a handy man can figure it out, I tried but the screw won't hold 3. Tighten 2 loose bathroom taps. Fairly new house so just became loose

I have a tap that keeps on leaking and both really stick and can’t turn on and off well. It’s very hard to turn the left one off. I think the washers need changing.

Require a plumber to fit a hold and cold hose to washing machine. Check if there is leak in he tap. Tighten a tap. Advise if the toilet is working fine and there isn’t a blockage.

I have 2-3 tree stumps that need to be removed and 2 trees. One of the tree stumps is about 400mm diameter, another about 300mm and one 200mm. The trees are about 2.5m tall and about 150mm diameter.
