Need quotes for the following task at my rental property: Attended site to investigate leaking tap issues. Found various issues. - Carried out full tap service to hot and cold bath tub taps - Carried out works to reseat hot and cold tap seats to bath tub taps - Found laundry tub tap, washing machine tap and bath tub taps are leaking. Laundry taps missing a handle. - Found shower taps completely seized and unable to turn on. - To supply and install x3 new wall top for laundry, washing machine and shower Found relief valve is leaking in laundry area. Water is pooling and unable to drain through floor waste due to waste being at a higher level than floor tiles. - To supply and install a new relief valve to eliminate leaks - Found bath tub has cracked silicone seals around edges which will allow water to seep through when in use. - Remove existing and prep area to reseal the bath tub edges Tenant also advised there is water dripping down from room ceiling. Unit 7 is directly above. We recommend to carry out leak testing in Unit 7. - To investigate unit 7, carry out leak testing to determine the cause of leaking into unit 3. - Due date: Flexible

our power box in the garage, one section of the house (which is power for the living room and laundry room) keeps tripping. It was fine lastnight but when we woke up this morning, it was off. So we took a look at the switchboard in the garage and noticed one was off. We flicked it back up and it switched off again, we switched everything off too and removed all plugs (microwave, tvs, fridge etc..) in the house in hopes that maybe it just needed a bit of a reset but that still didn’t work. We havent had hot water for the whole day today, not sure if it’s due to the power trip in the main switchboard.

Fix dripping from taps in kitchen and bathroom.
