The putty/filler is coming out of between the floorboards in the kitchen wet area. I need someone to come and remove the old putty and fill all the gaps like new. Flexible with date to complete.

Tree root has lifted the concrete path (just the end parts where it meet the steps) I need the front path fixed up including the steps. As both are not level due to a tree root I would assume the step block and concrete slabs for the path can be saved and just repositioned to flat surface again. We’ve been doing a bit of clearing of ugly trees across our property. We taken down about two dozen trees, most of them have left small stumps we’d like ground down or removed.
