I need help with painting touchups in a couple of office walls where the paint was slightly scratched behind the chairs. Not large areas so I thought some painting touchups will be fine (instead of repainting the whole walls). The affected areas are about 1 sqm in 1 room and a couple of scratches of about 20cm in the other room. I have uploaded the pictures, as the scratches very minor so it may be hard to see clearly in the photos. The colour is Berkshire white. I’ve moved the day for the task to Friday 12/4 morning.

Because of water dripping; I need to replace washers in the shower.

The house was painted 7 months ago. Recently had a bubble appear on the wall from water leaking in through the bricks. That water issue has been fixed. Need to patch up the bubble of paint and try make it blend in. There is also a small yellow patch on the ceiling corner. See photos attached. This is the staircase wall and is a high ceiling. 2 doors need 1 additional coat painted. I can supply the paint - its Dulux vivid white. You will need to supply the tools and equipment.

Shower taps in our ensuite are loosen. They either need to be tightened (preferable option) or replaced. Water is still leaking after flushing. I believe it’s something to do with the rubber thing in the toilet cistern. ( for 2 toilets) - Due date: Before Thursday, 7 September 2023

In our kitchen stone bench-top there are three very small chips. The biggest chip is less than 1 cm. The other two are smaller than that. We tried to fill up the chips with fillers. They filled the gap but landlord wants them to be fixed professionally. See the pictures as marked (if I am able to upload here). They have the original chips pictures as well as after filling up the gaps. Again, the chips are very small. So, we expect reasonable price quotes. - Due date: Before Friday, 23 June 2023

Washing machine won’t spin or drain properly. Just seen the cable has snapped Not sure if there’s any other issue

Would like to have the skirting gaps closed off with silicone. It's the floor skirting in the living room. A small area. It was recently painted but the gaps were not filled as promised and would like to have a neat silicone job to close the gaps. We will be installing a new laundry sink. The taps are currently on the wall, but the new style will be a mixer tap on the sink. Need a plumber to bring the taps lower and add a mixer. We will install the laundry sink and bench separately later. I've attached photos of the current wall and the new bench that will go in.

I have two Taps which are loose, one in the bathroom and one in the Kitchen. They booth need to be tightened.... It's literally a 15 minute Job! I don't have the right tools for the job.
