broken pipe - easy fix -pipe under the kitchen sink cracked when we removed the kitchen cupboard. House is on piers, so if by some chance you need to go under the house (unlikely), there's room. pipe is directly from sink to floor and the broken piece is about 30cm of that pipe.

Small holes and a couple of window architraves/corners need plastering (there is beading instead of mdf trim on the windows and I can't remember the term for this architrave style) We have materials. If there's any plaster brand you wish to work with specifically, just let us know and we'll get it. The plastering is in lounge area and one bedroom and are minor repairs. 2. Cut 3 mitres for us in a skirting board, we are having trouble as our mitre box is too short for the board height - the angle isn't quite working. No need to attach skirting - we will do that. 3. Mount 3 wall cabinets. This is one days work at most.

Looking for a cabinetmaker to help us with; -putting runners on 5 kitchen drawers -securing a basic island benchtop to the cabinets. -gluing 2 900mm cover strips to the short edges of the benchtop -securing 2 @ 300mm cabinet carcases to the back of the island bench. -putting together one 300mm flat pack cabinet carcase. -putting together a flat pack hanging robe unit, already half assembled, has some minor damage at the joins, needs some cabinetry skill to re-assemble at the damaged spots.

I need an existing ensuite toilet cistern to be fitted to the wall and the pipe leading from coaster to toilet bowl secured into place .... . Might involve a run to Bunnings for materials if required Also replace washers on shower tap, shower head. Guessing it will take 1-2 hrs.

I have attached a picture showing how slowly water is flowing into the washing machine. It isnt the tap however as water flows perfectly from them, or the hoses as I replaced them yesterday as part of fault finding

Water is leaking from shower head. I assume the tap is leaking and a washer needs replacement.
