Hot water only comes intermittently from one of the basin taps in a bathroom. We have hot water supply to all other places

A couple of planks on the deck steps have rotted and need replacing.

Remove trees and stumps. Including a large amount of garden waste. All trees and stumps to be removed are along a fence line with water main close by and overhead lines. Whole area near fence needs to be cleared. 2 large trees. 3 small trees which have been cut back already.

We have a leak above our laundry ceiling that appears to be coming from where we have an exhaust fan installed. Only a small amount of water appears t be leaking but it has been like this for a while hence the need to repair. The leak is on the ground floor, the roof is a steel roof. The roof is very easily accessible down the side of the house I also have a small leak on an external pipe which should be an easy fix & some internal taps are missing washers

1. Hang two pictures to add to photo wall and make sure distance is precise 2. Re fit towel rail that fell down. The screw is very short so you might have to pack out the hole or use a longer screw to get it to hold. Ideally a handy man can figure it out, I tried but the screw won't hold 3. Tighten 2 loose bathroom taps. Fairly new house so just became loose
