I'm renovating my laundry room and would like to have the washing machine taps relocated lower than they currently are - would like to have them about 800mm above the floor level (currently at 1300mm above the floor). 1. Bathroom Wash Basin Tap: Cold tap is jammed, can't open the tap, flange is stuck aswell, breach has been bent trying to undo the tap, need to replace the whole tap set, (new tapware/breach set). I have purchased the set from Bunnings already. 2. Kitchen Sink Tap: Just a simple swap of current mixer tap with new pull out mixer tap. I have purchased the new Mixer tap already. Flexible with time.
