Need to add one new power point in kitchen to connect dishwasher. I have highlight in red in the photo. And the second new point power in living room to connect TV. Can use wire hider to cover the new wires. Thank you

I have a gas stove in a new apartment. I would like to change it for an induction stove however I have been advised that I need to confirm that the power point under the bench is capable of providing the correct current/power. I need someone to confirm whether or not it will work. The appliance to potentially be used is the Miele KM7679 induction. Electrician needed to fix glass stove top. It keeps tripping the fuse. The stove top is only 3.5 years old. As the oven is on the same fuse it also keeps tripping when i put it on.

Replace 8 existing down lights with same type ( I have the new ones) the existing transformers may need replacing as well. Install a transformer for a Nest Door Bell that has been installed. The transformer could placed near external power source and fed through existing conduit or chased into wall ( see pics) Preference is external. I can purchase transformer or supply by tasker but need advice on appropriate one. Job as described.
