Electrical connection to newly installed external water heater

Solar water heater is leaking, not sure if it can be fixed or needs replacement. Looking for someone to come and have a look and advice if it can be fixed or needs replacement.

Looking to install a Single Phase instantaneous hot water unit (either Stiebel Eltron DHC-E 8/50 or Microheat Series 1-10). Both options need 40Amp supply direct from switch board. Current switchboard is 63 Amps but (I'm told by the plumber) that we need to "upgrade the circuit breaker and electrical circuit to suit the new system". Another plumber said we need to ensure we had a 40 amp circuit breaker plus 6mm cabling. So I'm looking for a quote to upgade existing supply to enable either of the above mentioned water heaters to be connected to our electricity supply. This heater was installed eight months back. Yesterday it turned off and is causing the circuit breaker to trip every time it is turned on. I don’t know the problem os electrical or to be done by a plumber. - Due date: Flexible

Our current 50L electric water heater is leaking. Need a plumber to replace the existing electric water heater (50L), already bought the same model. Need to disconnect the old one and put the a new one in.
