1/ Need to hardwire electric oven New oven: (see pics for details) Max power 3.0kw Max amp 12.7a Current oven is wall plug installed max power is 2.3kw connecting to a 16 amp fuse that is share with many other appliances. (see pics) Electric oven is installed on internal wall with plaster wall behind it. Picture of cabinet cavity and current electric power outlet. House is single story, with tiled roof. 2/ Light in bathroom flickers and then doesn't work. Probably needs wiring fixed or electric fixing replaced. 3/ Wall outlet in kitchen not working properly, can cause safety to trip. Needs to be replaced with new wall outlet. - Due date: Flexible
