Installation of quell alarm as per attached pic. There was an existing smoke alarm installed and connection exists (unsure about the brand). Devices I have hot and Installation only required for 2 places hallway and upper floor.

Require the yearly smoke alarm servicing on couple of Hard wired smoke alarms. Tried replacing the yearly battery change, however one of the alarm is chirping and requires servicing.

A faulty smoke alarm has been giving headaches to the tenants and they can't seem to replace the battery. With the current restrictions in place I am not able to go to the property myself so need someone who knows what they are doing to go have a look.
