The first issue is that the oven has developed a fault. It is quite a new oven and was fitted three years ago. Initially it seemed to work completely fine but recently it is taking forever to get up to temperature and then loses a lot of temperature, if the door is opened, even very briefly. This is a Bellini 60cm 65L 9 function electric oven. The second issue is one that we have a large number of faulty lights downstairs. These have been getting steadily worse for a long time.
