Hello - we need the help of a qualified Electrician. When removing a roller blind fitting, we noticed it's live with electricity, confirmed by a voltage reading. We've removed the hardware but we're looking for an Electrician to investigate where the power is coming from and if there's a live wire or fire risk in our ceiling cavity. We understand this may include cutting into the ceiling, however we're looking for someone who can also repair if that's needed. There are holes for drop lights, however we couldn't see much with our boroscope. Must be completed on Friday 22 March, preferably in the morning. I've not hired an Electrician before, please let me know if I've under quoted.

My property insurer requires a licensed electrician to do a THERMOSCAN of switchboards. There TWO adjacent and identical buildings in Potts Point that will need to be examined, and a separate report will need to be written for each building. I need the inspection done some time on Thursday 21 March.
