I have just purchased a caravan that has a weird wiring setup that I cannot figure out. 240v AC power is flowing but isn’t converting to 12v DC devices. I’m an electrical novice. I need someone to come out, review the system, identify what is wrong, explain how the system works and recommend and changes. My findings lead me to believe that the 240/12v converter is fried and needs replacing.
