Find trusted local electricians in Freshwater

Hi there! I’m looking for somebody to fix my electric piano. The brand is KOHLER. When I press more than 6-7 keys the power cuts out and turns back on. I’m not an electrician but it seems as though the power supply is being overloaded or something like that? I’m hoping that an electrician or something of the sort will be able to fix this. I have 14 existing downlights throughout the apartment. See pics. They are the older style ones. Most currently working, a few without globes, and one with no socket at all but with wiring. See pic. I would like to change them all to LEDs.

Just moved into my apartment and it doesn't have a working phone line. The old socket was falling apart. Property is fibre to the building. Just need to get the phone line/socket hooked up so I can plug my modem in.
