Electrolux front loader (EWF14742) throws up E10 error. On the Quick Wash cycle, the countdown gets stuck after 3 minutes during which water is going into the machine and it's doing small spins in both directions. After 10 minutes of doing this the E10 error shows up. After I press resume the machine completes the rest of the cycle and doesn't appear to have any issues filling up with water and draining. Drain filter is clean. Could you fix the machine so it doesn't stop mid-cycle? Due date: Flexible

I have 1 element of my electric stove top not working correctly. If I turn it on I need to bang it in a certain place for it to switch on. There are 2 x downlights I also need to be be fixed. Seems to me like the transformers need to be changed but unsure.

I need 3 downlights changing, one is 4m high and the other 2 above stairs. You will need at minimum a 2 section 4m ladder to change 1 and a ladder that can sit on stairs to change the other 2. I have bulbs.
