The power from the main panel won’t turn back on for our building in Burwood

Light switch in bathroom has an issue. Please refer to the picture below. I'm not sure if I need the replacement or it can be fixed with tool.

Replace a 1 Grid light switch with a 2 grid light switch and connect/wire to bar light on opposite wall 1.5 metres away. I have the 2 grid switch

I’d like to install a new power point in my bathroom, just next to the toilet seat. There is an existing Power point 2 meters away. (This is an apartment, not a house)

Three items to fix: 1. 2 x Power points no electricity (probably need to rewire) 2. Front door sensor light need to be replaced. (Supply and install) 3. Install wall light at backyard. Light & cable in place only need to install.

Require to relocate a double power point from the top of a kitchen island to the side of the cabinet- about 330 mm. The job will need to be in two parts, disconnecting on 15/2/2021 and relocating on 18/2/2021
