ok its a e scooter we just got from china . 24v the adapter that plugs in to the wall is working fine, the plug that it goes into is not working, if we wiggle it around we can see that its being charged up, but only after wiggling, Its not a good connection, the people overseas has asked me to find a electrician to repair it. one guy i took it too said it needs the male piece on the scooter to be replaced, thats the best description i can give.I cannot specify a price as i know that small connector would be extra, i will just write down $20 as a start and ask ur expertise after that.
