Electricity had gone off in the house

I need an electrican who can run wiring and sockets for multiple downlight. I would only need the connections and the cabling to be installed. I have a pitched roof and will be plasterboarding it. I need the lighting to be drilled through the exposed beams. in total i need 16 connections. Im looking at getting smart LED downlights, so im not sure what i qould require in regards to switches etc

I require a qualified electrician to install 83 downlights by converting halogen transformer to led. Female plug connection and about 9 lights that are in a concrete slab conversions. All downlights provided by myself and plugs. Also one ceiling fan installation.
