Got a small and a (hopefully) semi-small job to do. Small: replace a ceiling light. Should be unscrew, unwire old one, screw and wire new one (I already have it). Hopefully super easy. The other one, hopefully easy, but.... I have a powerpoint in my ensuite that's basically dead, photos attached. Still working but dangerous as you can see. I'm hoping it can simply be replaced, it looks like the mountings are secure but can't be sure.
