I have an old house which we are using for clinic. My Nick Scali electric recliner sofa got damaged during a recent house move. The movers lifted it by the foot rest and damaged the mechanism that holds it in place so It‘s permanently reclined - Due date: Flexible

It has a total of 23 lights to be replaced: LED oyster ceiling light (40cm) x 13 (replace the old lights) LED downlight x 10 (replace the GU5.3 plug light, the hole may be required to expand) Repairing a outdoor light (it may be a wiring problem, if it is too complicated, it is ok to add extra fee onsite) All the lights will be provided. Need an electrician to replace 14 internal and external light fittings (to replace old lights) in Ardross. Light fittings and globes supplied.

The Electric oven is not working just the timer and digital screen is working but the heating and fan are not working. The brand is GLAM. - Due date: Flexible

Hard wired smoke alarm. Giving 1 beep about every 30 minutes. Have replaced the battery twice, but alarm still beeping.

Replace halogen down lights with Atom LED down lights. Already have lights and Clipsal quick connect fittings. 34 fixtures in total. Several are in a high ceiling so high ladder will be needed. Some don’t have the transformer in the small recess, so will need to be traced back and then cable fed through. New fixtures are slightly bigger than the old Halogens so the hole needs to be cut slightly bigger also

Downlights not working. Have replaced globe so suspect its the wiring in the roof??

1. Install 2 x lights in a shed on timber hangers, light fittings provided, power near by on wall, separate switching for each light (on one plate), can run in conduit on wall 2. Install 3 x GPO's in shed, run approx 10m to last GPO from existing circuit, can run in conduit on wall 3. Install 2 x double GPO's in 2 separate bathrooms, to be used for towel heaters - one on internal leaf wall (run conduit in robe) the other on 600x600 aircon vertical duct 4. Fix aircon on / off switch per photo 5. Replace 2 x existing External double GPOs, appear to have water ingress, need IP56 6. Move 1 x light switch approx 40cm from existing to allow for installation of sliding door in kitchen Electrician to provide all materials except for the two light fittings. By my guess this is circa 1 day's work.

Replace existing outdoor double socket with a 4 socket switch and install an outdoor single outdoor socket

Require disconnection of existing oven gas/electrical connection and reconnect new gas/electric oven connection and reignite water heater
